Exchange And Refund Policy

At Strapify, we are proud to provide you with Australia's best watch straps. We understand that sometimes things don't always work out.

Whether it be your strap not suiting your watch, you picked the wrong size, or you've changed your mind, we will graciously accept your return within 14 days of the delivery date for an exchange or store credit provided it is in it's original and unused condition.

For the avoidance of doubt, the days are counted from the date the parcel is delivered to you in the tracking link. A return request is only valid when submitted via the form below. Requests via live chat are not considered valid.

If you have placed an order and wish to amend before it's sent, we will try our best to make the changes for you however we cannot guarantee that this will occur unless we have confirmed it to be the case. These orders cannot be cancelled and would be considered a change of mind.

Exchanges:

Exchanging your straps doesn't attract any fees. Just sent it back to us (at your own cost) in its original unused condition and we will send out your replacement with free postage. 

If packaging has been torn or plastic wrap removed, we may at our discretion reduce credits or reject a return as we can no longer resell these.

Items that have been embossed/personalised are not able to be refunded.

If a exchange is a lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit.

Refunds:

Refunds are only possible on orders where there are major failures in our products within 7 days. This will also apply if your order has not been dispatched yet.

Outside of these 7 days, your order will be covered by our 12 month warranty.

Please note postage fees paid are not refundable.

If we have checked your order and found you have ordered incorrectly or a strap is not compatible for your watch, we will substitute your order with a suitable strap or issue you with a store credit. These store credits do not expire and can be re-gifted.

Pre-orders are not able to be cancelled unless we cannot supply the product to you.

Standard Conditions of Return (some/all may apply depending on what is being returned):

Your return must be returned in it's original packaging and in it's original condition. Any parts included with the straps or included as bonuses MUST be included. 
Any wrapped plastic packaging on straps must be included on the strap in it's original condition.
Any straps with parts missing, or with straps that have been disassembled may not be eligible for a refund.

If packaging has been torn or plastic wrap removed, we may at our discretion withhold funds or reject a return as we can no longer resell these.

Any missing parts or bonuses that were included in your order that were 'free' must be returned otherwise they will be charged at their full retail price.

12 Month Warranty:

Our straps come with 12 months warranty and covers defects from manufacturing. This does not include fair wear and tear. 

If a warranty claim arises, we will replace your purchase, exchange or offer you a store credit.

Warranty begins from the date of order and ends 12 months from that date. Any additional warranty claims will inherit the same warranty start date (this means this is not extended).

Definitions:

Change of mind: This includes simple change of mind, any sizing related issues, straps not being able to fit the watch due to a watch using a specific type of strap or colours not matching a watch.

Delivery Date: This is the date recorded as delivered on the courier's tracking website.
