I ordered a strap based on the website measurements and found it was too small. Contacted Strapify and they happily replaced with the larger size.

My beautiful new puppy got hold of my old silicone strap and so I now have a beautiful new watch strap too. I am so happy that I went for a colour instead of my usual black and if I didn't think I might need to update the fitbit soon, I'd get a couple more colours. When I do update, I will probably do that straight away. Easy to wear, nice to look at, puppy resistant. What more could you want?
