I originally ordered the wrong size for my watch but the team emailed me immediately letting me know the item I had chosen was not compatible with my watch. They were swift in changing the order and so very kind. I would never have picked up on the mistake and with my ADHD would have never returned the item if I had been sent the wrong one. The team was so helpful.
