Wrong Address Policy
Please be careful when placing your order.
We are obligated to ship your order to the address stipulated on your order whether you have inputted this correctly or not.
With modern technology, internet browsers and phone operating systems providing autofill for convenience, it can make it easy to make it autofill to an incorrect or old address.
We understand that mistakes happen, and we want to do whatever we can to get your order to you ASAP! Our packing team work fast and hard to try to get everything out in the same day so we cannot guarantee a change request will be processed.
If you've made a mistake, let us know ASAP to give us every opportunity to fix the address before it gets sent out.
You can tell us via live chat or responding to your order confirmation email.
However, if it has already been sent out, unfortunately we are unable to change this.
If you have made an error in entering your address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned-to-sender and received by us. Generally, for Australia, standard shipping fee is $5.50 and express is $8.50.
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds in the event an incorrect address is provided.
