The strap is too small to go over my hand & very difficult to release in order to undo & refeed through the return because of the magnet. Also why did the parcel go to Perth WA instead of NSW ?

Good quality my mum loved it but got the wrong type of fit bit and wasn’t able to return it within the exchange time period. other than that it was great quailing and will buy another one for mum
