You can see the side of the strap when you look at your wrist. May fit better in a large male wrist but looks cheap and terrible on mine.

Also does not come with anything to remove the pins like other brands do, so good luck if you need to make the band smaller.

They have a hard and fast no returns policy. So buyer beware. They did send me a replacement when I contacted them to say that I couldn't remove any pins, but the replacement was just as difficult. So I have given up now and just chalked it up to buying experience.

See if you can find a product in-store so you can check on how it will sit on your wrist, and have it adjusted to fit.

The quality of the strap is very good; the only thing disappointing was when I ordered this strap, it did not come with tools to change the length, and had to purchase it on my own. Other than that, delivery took some time and ended up coming from Hong Kong rather than Australia; the reason given was it was a holiday in Australia, so they got stock from Hong Kong, which took more days and many emails to remind me that I paid extra for expedited shipping. Will try again and make sure there is no holiday in Australia to see if it still gets shipped from Hong Kong, and still no tracker to tell me the status of the shipment without me chasing for updates this time. I believe in second chances, so we will see how it goes the second time.
