Awful product, even worse service!

I bought two straps of the same design in different colours and BOTH magnets fell out of the clasp meaning it was useless. I requested a refund but was told I was passed the 7 day refund policy (bearing in mind from receipt to fault was only 5 days). I have requested numerous times for a refund and have always been refused. I wouldn’t waste your time or money with this terrible company!!

Brokern two times within a week...

Broke within 2 weeks

Magnetic clasp broke off (glue deteriorated) within 2 weeks of purchase. Otherwise it was fine while it lasted
