    Not same product as in the image

    The band is good enough, but I was looking everywhere for a slimmer/neater design as in the images they provide. Unfortunately, the band is more bulky so I'm disappointed I didn't get what I thought I was paying for.

    Very Happy with the strap, good company to deal with. I have bought a few straps from Strapify as I have allergic reaction from the original Fitbit strap. Highly recommend Strapify, and fast delivery too.

    Do not buy

    Terrible. I definitely bought the correct one but it didn’t click properly onto my Fitbit. Threw it straight in the bin.

    Absolutely impeccable customer service

    I ordered a velcro sports loop for my fitbit and it didn't click in when it arrived so I sent an email asking what to do and they sent a video showing me how to make it work. Unfortunately after following the video, it still didn't work and so they sent me a whole new band free of charge. Same day replies as well. Can't fault them, thank you Strapify!!
