Initially I was pleased with my purchase. Delivery was prompt. The strap has now 4 weeks later broken where it connects to the fitbit.
Sizing spot on. So comfortable and just as pictured
The plastic that holds the quick release pin broke after only a week. Contacted Strapify and received an immediate refund. So only 1 star for the band, would not recommend that at all, but 5 stars for customer service from Strapify.
