Disappointed

Was really looking forward to getting my gold strap only to find a dent mark on the strap itself, it’s very visible - please see photo attached.
I don’t normally write reviews but this is my first and I genuinely advise people to shop elsewhere.
I look down at my watch as see the dent mark. Not really what you expect for an item that’s meant to be brand new.
