Love the strap but unfortunately was unable to change it with the tools provided. I took it to Mister Minute who were able to help. Unfortunately the screw attaching the strap to the watch came loose and I am unable to locate a replacement. Unfortunately this company does not provide replacement parts.
Finally I can wear my Garmin without getting a severe rash!
I am so happy with this band. I was getting eczema from the band that came with the watch. I was a little concerned how the band would look with the purple face but it looks fabulous. I love it!
