Are quick release spring bars included?
Yes! You don't need to purchase extra spring bars as all quick release straps will have these included.
Will Quick Release work on my non-smartwatch?
Yes! These work on any standard watch. If your watch uses a spring bar to hold the strap, quick release will fit your watch.
Can I remove the quick release spring bar and use regular spring bars from my watch?
Absolutely! You can remove them using this tutorial video. Click here to view.
Some watches like Seiko use thicker 2.5mm spring bars which may not fit into our straps so we recommend just using our quick release spring bars!

Comfortable and Stylish Bands, But Misleading Picture
I’ve bought two of these bands now because they are incredibly comfy and I love swapping them around to match my outfits. The quality is great, and they feel very comfortable on my wrist.
However, I recently ordered the blue-black band, and while it is lovely, I was a bit disappointed. The picture made it seem like blue was the predominant color, but the actual band has black as the main color. I went back to check the picture and I can see my error now, but I still think the picture is a bit misleading.
Overall, I still love these bands and will continue to buy more, but I hope the pictures can be updated to better reflect more views of the product.
Coming back to Garmin after whoop. This band construction seems cheap and velcro allocated is scarce. I don't see this band lasting more than a few months. The plastic bands are also quite cheap looking. Not happy overall. Happily amend this review should I be wrong.

Really comfortable watchband and quick delivery!
My gramin venu 3s is new and I wanted a better band for fitness. This band is perfect because it stays tight and does not loosen up. Highly recommend this band and looking to eventually getting another color in the near future.
