I strongly advise against purchasing these products due to their poor quality and inadequate customer service.
Despite clear issues with the product a significant failure in the locking mechanism, I encountered continual resistance from Sam, the customer manager, when requesting a refund.

Instead of complying with Australian Consumer Law, which mandates refunds for major failures, Sam repeatedly suggested a replacement band, dismissing the seriousness of the issue.

It's crucial to emphasise that a watch face detaching from the band constitutes a major failure, not a minor one as claimed by Sam.
Dissatisfied with their handling, I am now pursuing a refund through QLD Consumer Affairs and preparing to escalate my complaint to QLD Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

This type of dismissive behaviour from Strapify must be addressed and corrected and called out by consumers. I've have since purchased a genuine watch band from Garmin, highlighting the stark difference in quality and customer care between authentic and inferior products.

Screws don’t appear to be the same as original strap as already rusting after a couple of weeks

After purchasing this watch band, I initially thought I had made the better choice over Garmin’s official bands, given the more affordable price. However, during a race just a week later, the band unexpectedly came loose while I was swimming in the ocean—something that never happened with my Garmin-made band. As a result, I lost my Garmin Fenix, a watch I had owned for as long as I can remember, all because of a faulty band. Maybe it was just bad luck? I’ll let you decide.
