[Seiko Alpinist] King Oyster Bracelet with Micro-Adjustable Clasp

This is a very high quality strap and does fit a baby alpinist (SPB155). Totally transforms the watch. The overall comfort and no-tools micro adjustment in the clasp make it a joy to wear.
However, as other reviewers have noted, the channels for the spring bars in the end-links are not aligned well to the lug holes. Took 1.5hrs-2hrs and alot of patience/perseverance to attach the bracelet (and I'm no stranger to strap/bracelet replacement). I almost gave up but managed to get them on although the spring bar ends are bent significantly down to fit. Not entirely sure how to remove them now but can't see why I would want to as the bracelet is that good.

fitted on a sarb017 and it was a real mission to get this bracelet fitted on, the round slot where the bracelet holes lineup to the watch lugs holes are about 1 to 2 mm off centre so to counter that difference you'll need the thin spring bars and some persuasion to get it on. the on the fly adjustable clasp is pretty cool which I do like. only let down is how hard it is to get the bracelet on. you can see from the photo of the back the spring bar is very slightly bent to make it fit. minus 1 star for difficulty of installation and minus 1 star for not having the bracelet hole lineup with the watch lugs drilled holes.

Could not be happier with the look of the bracelet. It arrived super quickly, fantastic.

There is however a small little metal bar that comes loose every so often and the entire watch falls off my wrist. Fortunately this has only occurred while indoors in a controlled area where I can then get down on all fours and look for it. But I do worry this may happen when outside/in the car and the little piece is as good as gone - and the watch is left a bit useless.

Other than that though - it's sick.

Very nice strap. The first strap that was provide had some fault and was not fitting the Alpinist Lug. I had to take it back and it was replaced with another copy that fitted nicely. Great customer service.
