Uncle's notes
You might be wondering, "What on earth is a guy like Uncle Seiko doing making a bracelet for a Longines watch?" Well, let me tell you. I fell in love with this watch the moment I saw it. I am a sucker for dual crowns, and this one had all the bells and whistles I was looking for. I bought one and after wearing it a while, thought, I wonder if I can put this bad-boy on a bracelet. Enter Google search. Results...NOTHING.
So, I got the wild idea that I would make my own, and over a year ago I started working on it. However, I quickly realized that not all watches are made to have bracelets, and if the brand does not offer a bracelet version, there is probably a good reason for that. You may have noticed that the LLD has strangely long lugs. To add to this, the hole placement is a bit odd, and that makes for one headache of a process in making a bracelet.
Well, as you could have guessed, I hung in there and tried anyway. The reviews of those who own it have been outstanding. I am sure you won't be disappointed!

Installation Instructions
First: If you are not very savvy with swapping out bracelets and straps, I recommend you have a watchmaker do this for you. It is not very easy. The reason is, the end-links are just barely more narrow than the lug width, so they have to go in straight. And once you line it up, you need to then press the spring bar ends in and pray that they find the holes. If they don't, repeat the process. I can do it in about 3 minutes now, but the first time it took about 20, and I was frustrated. I don't want to scratch my watch, even on the unseen parts, so this was a challenge to do.
Second: During this process it might happen that you stretch out the height of the end-link, making it not as flat as it was when you started. If this happens, then the end-link will not be flush with the case, and you might have to undo it, flatten the end-link with light pressure, and try again. The best result should be that it is flush, not pulling away. If you can't get it that way, don't give up. You can do this. Try again.
Third: Plan to have all of your friends and family gawking at the glory that is shining off your wrist! This combo is a real head-turner.
