The worst Apple Watch band and the world’s worst customer service ever.

Don’t know how to explain the worst possible customer service. Tried to explain the issues of the watch band, but with a plain statement they mentioned my issues with the watch band are nothing to be concerned

Not Carbon Fibre

Somewhat misleading advertisement. The links a plastic with a carbon fibre imprint. The cost premium and description does not mention plastic anywhere - the only clue is the reference to carbon fibre ‘style’. Not impressed
